Andrew Nava, M.D. is a family practice physician and the founder of Nava Family Medicine.

A native Arizonan, Dr. Nava was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona. He went on to receive his M.D. at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1995. He graduated from residency in 1998 from St. Joseph's Hospital with a specialty in Family Practice. He has been practicing Family Medicine in the central Phoenix/Biltmore area since 1998.

Dr. Nava has been and is involved in several community organizations. He has served as medical director of a free clinic in South Phoenix, currently serves on the board of Maricopa Health Foundation, and is a member of the Maricopa County Medical Society, American Medical Association, Arizona Medical Association, American Board of Family Physicians, and Arizona Latin American Medical Association.

Dr. Nava is board-certified in Family practice and has additional credentials in aesthetic medicine, as well as special interests in sports and preventative medicine. He serves on the faculty at Midwestern University as an Adjunct Assistant Professor, training medical students. He also conducts yearly interviews with aspiring medical students for the University of Arizona's College of Medicine.

Dr. Nava resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and their three children.
